Christmas at Christian HELP

Each Christmas, we have many families who are unable to provide food and gifts for their children. Discover the ways you or your group CAN serve these families during  this special time of year!

Adoption Program

Provide food and gifts for an unemployed or needy family who would not be able to celebrate Christmas this year without your contribution! Christian HELP will provide you with family profiles from which you can select.

Battery Drive

We need batteries for all of the Christmas toys to ensure all of the toys will work on Christmas Day. Size AAA, AA, C, D and 9 volt are needed.

Dove Tree Program

Your church, business or organization, can elect to place a Dove Tree in a designated area for others to select doves provided by Christian HELP containing the age and sex of a special child in need of a Christmas gift. When a Dove is selected, the individual or family who selected this Dove, purchases a gift and returns it to the designated place for pick up. Gifts are limited to $25.00 in value.

Extra Hands at Christmas

It takes many hands to make all of our programs and services at work this time of year. We would love you to join us in making this year the most joyful Christmas season yet!

Family Sponsorship

Another way to share Christmas is to sponsor a family. Your donation of $40.00 can provide a family of four with food donations and toy donations. Parents are able to then select gifts for their children and given a holiday food basket for their Christmas dinner.

Toy and Food Drive

This year more than ever, the needs are great. Unemployment is higher than it's been for some time. Each Christmas, Christian HELP provides new toys for over 500 unemployed and underemployed families (over 1,000 children and teens). We need Children’s toys and Teen toys (our biggest area of need at Christmas) for our toy room, as well as canned food donations for Christmas food baskets. You can also participate in these drives by:

1. Giving a monetary donation to purchase a turkey for a family
2. Transporting or organizing the inventory of toys and food
