Have you ever had a question and didn’t know where to find the answer? If so, you’ve come to the right place.

This section is a compilation of answers to the questions most commonly asked by our constituents. Just start by following one of the links below. If you can’t find the question you wanted to ask, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  1. What is Christian HELP?

    We are a faith-based, non-profit organization located in the Orlando area. We are passionate about helping people find work and keep it. For 26 years we have provided free resources to the unemployed and underemployed in Central Florida.

  2. We connect job seekers with the tools they need, from resume assistance to interview preparation to job leads and more. All the while, providing food for their family, encouragement and prayer.

  3. Why We Do It

    We care about people. We want to be a resource of hope and practical solutions because unemployment and underemployment affect the whole person, as well as our community.

  4. When Are You Open?

    Our office is open M-Th from 9:30am-5:00pm, and 9:30am-4:00pm on Fridays.
    First time job-seekers, please arrive Mon-Fri, between 9:30am-12:00pm or
    2:00pm-4:00pm for employment assistance. Or, call 407-834-4022 to schedule your appointment.
    For strictly food assistance, you may arrive Mon-Fri from 9:30am-1:30pm.
    You and your family may receive food every 14 days for 3 months.
    After the 3 months, you will be eligible for food again after 12 months.

  6. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.

  7. We are grateful for the support of our donors. Without their investment, we would not be able to provide life-changing services to our clients who are experiencing unemployment and underemployment.

    Donors to Christian HELP can expect their privacy to be protected. Personal information is never sold, traded or shared with anyone outside our organization.

    Donors to Christian HELP have the right to remain anonymous. Donors wishing to remain anonymous need only notify us in writing or via email ( and we will refrain from including a donor’s name in any of our public donor recognition lists.

    Unless otherwise agreed upon by the donor and representatives of Christian HELP, all donations made will support the Annual General Operating Fund. However, donors to Christian HELP are entitled to know how their donation was spent. Requests made be made in writing or via email (

    All donations made to Christian HELP will be acknowledged in a timely manner, and a receipt provided.

    Donors to Christian HELP have the right to ask questions about programs, governance, and finances and have them answered in a prompt manner.
