Administrative Support

Assist with many kinds of office work – greet clients, make and answer phone calls, help with mailings and data entry.

Care Manager

A Care Manager imparts dignity and respect for clients as they care for them from entry through employment. Care Managers develop relationships, assess obstacles and barriers to employment, create a plan with the client to gain employment, and equip/connect them with the tools they need to find and keep a job.

CFEC Job Fairs

Help us serve job seekers one day every other month at our Orlando Job Fairs by welcoming, greeting, and helping direct them to new opportunities.


Lend your skills to improving our facilities through various projects.


Write notes and make phone calls to those in need.

Event Ambassador

We can use your experience with planning, facilitating, and staffing our events.

Food Pantry  

Unload trucks or sort, organize, and prepare food orders for clients. Greeters also needed.

Mock Interviewer

Give practice to job seekers in this very important aspect of job searching.


Help acquire needed data through website research, phone calls, and reading.

Resume Coach

Help clients prepare their resume by phone or email, then type and return the perfect resume to them.


Teach classes to job seekers. Curriculum provided.

Training provided when and where needed. Multiple volunteers are needed for varying shifts and schedules. Daytime and evening opportunities available depending on position of service. Some positions exist in Orange County, others in Seminole County, and others are remote, serving from one's home, electronically.
