Susan J. Hyatt
Susan grew up in Central Florida and accepted Christ at age 11 after a freak accident took part of her right hand. She graduated from FTU, which is now UCF, with a BA in Speech Communication. Susan worked in the medical field for 30 years in various positions ranging from Cardiac Lab, Laboratory, Medical Office Management, and teaching all aspects of Medical Assistant-eventually serving as Director of Education at a local technical school. She then began a journey off the straight and narrow path that by all accounts, should have ended her life, but God had other plans. When Susan reached the end of herself, God was there. She hit her knees and recommitted her life to Him. That was 11 years ago, and she has never looked back. Susan obtained a double Master’s in Pastoral Counseling and Human Service from Liberty University. She recently began working on her Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling, when God decided to bless her with her dream job as Client Services’ Manager at Christian HELP!
"It is a privilege to be able to incorporate my testimony with my education, and my desire to serve Him through serving others. I look forward to many happy years ahead."
