Employment

Employment help comes in a couple different ways!
  • 1-on-1 Career Coaching: Personalized coaching that helps job seekers from the ground floor of the job search process all the way until they find employment - for as long as it takes
  • CFEC Job Fairs: 6 job fairs a year that bring thousands of job seekers face-to-face with hundreds of local employers

groceries

We offer 2 ways for Central Floridians to reduce expenses by providing food!
  • Food Pantry: Seminole County residents can access our food pantry Monday-Friday and on specified Saturdays throughout the year and are able to take home 2 weeks worth of balanced and nutritional groceries - with 40-50 lb. boxes of food given
  • Discount Grocery Store: Goods and Grace, in partnership with St. Luke's Lutheran Church & School, is a grocery store designed to sell food at a minimal increase in cost to allow qualified clients to shop with dignity

People need help in more than just employment and food. We have 2 major ways to help meet people where they are!
  • Resource Guide: An online list of resources that encompass almost every need a family or individual can search for
  • Financial/Budgeting Help: In partnership with One Florida Bank, together we provide clear, in-depth lessons on varying money management topics for those that need help with their finances
