Resource Coordinator, Part-time

Christian HELP is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Resource Coordinator to assist individuals and families in accessing
community resources such as housing assistance, financial literacy coaching, further education opportunities,
food support, utility relief, healthcare access, and other cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance, advocate for clients, and
collaborate with local organizations to maximize available support.

Qualifications:

  • AA Degree or higher in social work, human services, nonprofit management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in case management, social services, financial counseling, or community outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal assistance programs.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work empathetically with diverse populations, including individuals facing financial hardship.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
