Legacy
Giving:

wills, trusts, and
estates

We know you're thinking about not just your future,
but the futures of those in need.
That's why we've made multiple ways for you to
invest in the continued work of Christian HELP,
so that you can help those in need and leave a
LEGACY.

Bequests

You can name Christian HELP as a beneficiary in your will or trust. You can specify which assets we’ll receive such as cash, securities, property, or other non-cash assets, or designate that we receive a percentage of your overall estate or of the residual of your estate.

Wills

55% of individuals aged 55 don't have a will. Ensuring that your money and property are distributed to the people and charities you want is very important. Think about protecting your future, and securing the future for those in need in Central Florida.

Retirement Plan/Ira assets

If you’re thinking about supporting your family and Christian HELP, your estate may reap substantial tax savings by planning which assets will be distributed to heirs and which will be distributed to charity.
Retirement plan/IRA assets given to charity can avoid being diminished.

Life Income Gifts

Charitable remainder trusts mean you can make a gift to Christian HELP and receive income at the same time. A CRT is established by making an irrevocable transfer of cash, securities, real estate or other non-cash assets to a trust in exchange for an annual income for life or a term of years.
