Cheryl Anderson

Cheryl has lived in Florida since 2000 with her husband Bob whom she has been married to for over 38 years. They currently live in Clermont where they attend First Baptist Church of Clermont and Cheryl serves on the Personnel team. After having an amazing corporate career working for several companies including General Electric, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Revco Drug Stores, Nestle, BP Oil, Bank One, and Brambles/CHEP Cheryl now has her own Management Consulting firm, called Experience Impact. Because she has worked cross-functionally in the areas of Information Technology, Business Operations, and Strategy, and in initiatives within Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, and Finance, her work has taken her around the world, and she now has friends on almost every continent!
Cheryl grew up in a Christian family and she has had her own personal relationship with Jesus most of her life. She states, “He has taken me through many stages of growth requiring ever increasing levels of trusting in him. Today I can say “Jesus is my boss” as I look to Christ each day for guidance, wisdom, and strength to serve him.”
In 2019 Cheryl was introduced to Christian HELP’s Executive Director, Vickie Martin. In 2021 Cheryl became certified as a Corporate Board Director and she was ready to join the Christian HELP team. Cheryl says, “I love the mission and our focus of providing individuals a “hand up” rather than a “hand out.” I’m excited to be a part of such a great team and look forward to contributing to the goals of helping people to find jobs and providing for them as they grow.”
